  (Managing Director)

  Paula has over 28 years experience in the property business acting for property companies, institutions and private investors. Paula joined O'Farrell Cleere in 1984 and became a director in 1989 she was then promoted to managing director in 1989.

  Over the years Paula has been central to all aspects of the business including new and second hand property sales, commercial sales, lettings, rent reviews and arbitration. Paula is a qualified member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute. O'Farrell Cleere Auctioneers is the longest established and most successful estate agency in Malahide.

  Kate Evans M.I.A.V.I.
  (Senior Sales Negotiator)

  Kate has been working with O'Farrell Cleere since 2002 in the residential sales section of the company. Specialising in residential second hand property, Kate has built up a strong reputation in the last eight years. Kate's knowledge and expertise in sales in the area is invaluable and she has a strong record of successful sales in North County Dublin.

  Kate graduated with a BA honours degree from UCD in 2000 and recently completed a BSc in Property Studies in Bolton Street and is now a full member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.

  Faye Murphy BA
  (Senior Letting Consultant)

  Faye Murphy has been working with O'Farrell Cleere for the past two years and is mainly in charge of Residential Lettings. Faye's aim is to match landlords with the perfect tenant for their property and to provide a smooth transition from landlord to tenant.

  Faye graduated with a BA honours degree from UCD in 2004; she then went on to graduate with a postgraduate in Marketing. She is currently in her first year of studying for a Masters in Real Estate in DIT Bolton St. Previous to working with O'Farrell Cleere Faye worked for Headland Holdings and Tiros Planning Consultants; she worked closely alongside a senior planner on a number of projects, gaining an intensive insight into the background of property.
