Paula joined O’Farrell Cleere in 1984 and became a director in 1992. She was then promoted to managing director in 2005. Her experience in the property business is unparalleled, acting for property companies, institutions, and private investors alike.

Over the years Paula has been central to all aspects of the business including new and second-hand property sales, commercial sales, lettings, rent reviews and arbitration. Paula is a qualified member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.


Walter has spent all of his working life in residential property, beginning in 2004. After finishing a business degree in college, he spent the first eight years in Dublin working with some of Ireland’s leading agencies before crossing the water and starting with Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill, London. This led to a huge opportunity to set up a sales division for a start-up company, Johns & Co. London, in 2013. Johns & Co. are Ballymore’s preferred resale, letting and management agency in London. Here he worked on some of London’s most impressive developments, specialising in regeneration areas such as Battersea/Nine Elms, Canary Wharf, London City Island, Goodluck Hope, the Royal Docks, and Brentford. 

  • Walter established the sales division within Johns & Co. London estate agency. 
  • He set up and managed seven branches across London, directly managing 17 members of staff, including sales and branch managers
  • Established Johns & Co.’s dedicated new homes division 
  • Was a key member of the senior management team overseeing all aspects of the business
  • Secured sales instructions with many of the top UK developers. 
  • Walter is now working and driving the sales division at O’Farrell Cleere Auctioneers.
